The Non-Marketplace LTL Carrier BOL Fee is applied when customers choose to use their own carrier for a shipment through our TMS platform. 

The Non-Marketplace LTL Carrier BOL Fee includes:

  • System Integration & Support: Allowing customers to seamlessly generate labels through their own carriers while still utilizing our platform for shipment tracking, reporting, and management.

  • Platform Access & Maintenance: Ensuring that the TMS remains fully functional and accessible to all customers, regardless of whether they are using our preferred carriers or their own.

  • Custom Carrier Label Generation: Facilitating the creation of carrier-specific labels, which require additional technical resources and infrastructure to support a variety of third-party carriers.

  • Operational Costs: Covering the resources needed to maintain the infrastructure that processes these shipments, including ongoing updates and compliance with different carrier requirements.

The Non-Marketplace LTL Carrier BOL Fee ensures that we can continue to provide high-quality service and support, even for shipments that do not directly generate revenue, while maintaining the efficiency and flexibility of our TMS.
