The Software Care Fee is an essential part of maintaining and improving the performance, security, and functionality of your TMS platform. This fee provides continuous access to updates, upgrades, and dedicated support, ensuring that your system remains at the forefront of innovation and operational efficiency.

The Non-Marketplace LTL Carrier BOL Feeis applied when customers choose to use their own carrier for a LTL shipment through our TMS platform.

The ERP, OMS, WMS, and CRM Integration and Support Fee is applied to cover the costs associated with integrating and supporting custom connections between our TMS and third-party systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), OMS (Order Management System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

The Label Fee (NMFC) is applied to cover the costs associated with generating and processing shipping labels for shipments made with a customer’s own carrier or when using third-party billing. While these types of shipments do not generate direct revenue for us, this fee helps ensure that the necessary resources, technology, and support are in place to manage these transactions effectively.

The Custom Advanced Shipment Notifications (ASN) Fee is charged to cover the costs associated with providing real-time shipment updates to your clients and internal systems. This fee ensures that your shipments are tracked accurately and that your customers receive timely notifications about the status of their orders, enhancing the overall customer experience.
